The Client Services Technician installs, services and/or programs low-voltage systems in residential and/or commercial projects. This position requires an individual with great customer skills, is professional, and has strong time management skills, a good knowledge of multiple control systems and a good concept of programming.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Crestron with additional knowledge in Savant preferred.
Understanding of Crestron and Savant control systems and able to support the programming department with downloads.
Full understanding of the pre-wire, trim and final phases of a project, including proper use of all associated tools and jobsite safety.
Able to read and understand device layout drawings, engineered schematics and provide redline corrections and construction blueprints as they pertain to A/V industry.
Strong Customer Service skills with previous experience as a Client Services Technician.
$45.00 to $55.00 per hour. DOE.
