Our Client is a Post-Production firm based in Los Angeles with a satellite office in Boston. They have spent decades providing service to post production facilities and Hollywood’s top producers, directors, and studios. Their deep knowledge of audio and video, combined with their expertise in technology integration, allows them to create perfect experiences where their clients can showcase movies, shows, and music the way it was intended to be presented.
This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of projects ranging from commercial screening rooms to high end residential theathers, ensuring that goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters and managing communication between the Client, Design Team, Installation Labor and other construction trades.
Expert knowledge of studio project construction timelines, jobsite cultures, and management of stake holder relationships.
Must exhibit strong leadership abilities among team members.
Proven track record of success in delivering profitable projects on time.
Ability to proactively plan and execute project objectives consistently.
Prior management of Custom Integration related team members and subordinates including:
Experience conducting performance reviews.
Ability to hold subordinates accountable for the results of their
performance as well as their ability to follow established standard
Experience hiring and firing team members as needed.
Effective and consistent collaboration with management team to achieve
$90,000 to $120,000 annual salary. DOE.
