Our West Los Angeles based Client is a specialty electronics design and integration company focusing on high-end residential projects. In particular they specialize in the design, installation and maintenance of distributed video & audio systems, media rooms, lighting, shading and environmental controls as well as data, phone and video services infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Our Client is looking for a Technician with 5 years’ experience in residential electronic systems installation or service with a strong working knowledge of Savant. The Technician combines their technical expertise with exceptional craftsmanship to deliver reliable, easy to use systems on time and on budget for the company’s clients.

Qualifications

Should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential electronic systems installation or service with a strong working knowledge of Savant.

Knowledge of residential systems integration including audio/video, lighting, shades, climate control, security, CCTV, telephone and computer networks including the ability to setup, configure, calibrate, and commission equipment after physical installation.

An understanding of signal flows and control systems for distributed audio, video, and home theater systems and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.

Ability to read and interpret blue prints, electronic schematics, and user manuals.

Knowledge of construction techniques and wiring methods for new and existing construction.

Proficient with hand and power tools used to complete physical installations of speakers, displays, equipment racks, and ventilation systems.

Job Benefits

$26.00 to $35.00 per hour. DOE.
