Our Miami based client is a well established, highly reputable specialty electronics design and integration company focusing on high-end residential and commerical projects. In particular they specialize in the design, installation and maintenance of distributed video & audio systems, private theaters, media rooms, lighting, shading and environmental controls.
We are looking for a Sales Professional with 3-5 years of sales experience to grow their custom integration business in greater Miami. As a Sales Professional your primary responsibility will be to grow company sales and revenue by creating partner relationships in a consultative manner. This position reports directly to the President.
3-5 years consultative selling into the High End Residential construction industry preferred.
Previous experience with audio/video and residential electronic systems projects preferred.
Strong communication and written skills. Ability to persuasively present proposals to clients and trade partners.
Well organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated with initiative to seek out and manage client relationships.
Good telephone etiquette.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of the construction and design/build industry, including contract structures (time and materials, fixed fee, cost plus, etc.), trade coordination, and project management.
College degree preferred.
Salary + Commission: Potential first year income $80,000 to $95,000.
