Our Client, based in The Woodlands, is a rapidly growing specialty electronics design and integration company focusing on high-end residential projects. In particular they specialize in the design, installation and maintenance of distributed video & audio systems, private theaters, media rooms, lighting, shading and environmental controls as well as security.
They are looking for a Sales Professional with 3-5 years of sales experience to grow their brand from The Woodlands to downtown Houston. As a Sales Executive your primary responsibility will be to grow company sales and revenue by creating partner relationships in a consultative manner. This position reports directly to the President.
3-5 years consultative selling into the High End Residential construction industry preferred.
A proven track record in consultative sales and working new territories.
A background in sales/customer service is an asset to this position, but an entrepreneurial spirit and great work ethic are even more important.
Must be coachable and follow a proven system.
You’re an ambitious self starter who loves a fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently.
Organized and communicative within a team environment.
College degree preferred.
$45,000 to $60,000 Salary + Commission = Potential first year income $110,000
